2618022 Primary Facility 2017-07-03 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted On 07/01/17 a citizen reported what they believed to be spilled material coming off the site access road. An incident response inspection was conducted on 07/03/17. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. Upon inspection the reportedly spilled material appeared to be dust suppressant. Dennis Furmanek of Rice Energy has provided the Department with the SDS information for the Pennz Suppress dust suppressant product used on the access road.
