The 18 5/8” casing was set at 653 ft. on 4/21/17 and cemented to surface with 75 bbls returned. The 13 3/8” casing was set at 943 ft. on 4/22/17 and grouted to surface above a basket. A mine was found from 885 ft. to 892 ft. A basket was set at 852 ft. The 9 5/8” casing was set at 2579 ft. on 4/24/17 and cemented to surface with 50 bbls returned. A Casing Annulus Packer was set in the 9 5/8” casing string from 1788 ft. to 1798 ft. Currentlt at 2630 ft. and running casing integrity test prior to TIH. |

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. EQT currently has a rig on site and is drilling 1 of 6 new wells. The well heads onsite are contained inside subsurface vaults and covered with equipment for the drilling process and could not be visually inspected. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained. The site had some stabilization issues on the SW side of the access road. I there was some slides forming inside and outside the LOD. I spoke with Brian Morris from EQT about the issue and we arranged a site inspection on 3/13/18 at 1:30pm to discuss the plan for stabilizing that area. |
