2674095 Primary Facility 2017-12-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Stopped and inspected this producing well. It had a pump jack and was located on edge of a field. The well was tagged. The stock tank was fiberglass and was in good shape with no diking. There were about 100 plastic framed totes and about 10 drums on location. They were all neatly stacked. I called the landowner, John Moyak, and he told me he was the owner of the well. I said that it is permitted to B & R Resources in our system. He said they never owned it and that he bought it off of North Coat Energy (Tony Kosar) about 17 years ago. Said he talked with us (DEP) about it back then and we have the paperwork on it. He thought it was properly transferred with us. I told him that I would check into this and get back with him.
