On 03/04/16 at approximately 1000 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Knight Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site.

The site overall was stable. The well heads appeared to be in good condition. The slopes between the AST pad and well pad exhibited locations of poorly vegetated or bare soils (see photograph). It is recommended that this be addressed.

On 09/23/16 at approximately 1100 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Knight Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The AST pad and road to the pad appeared to have been recently restored. The site overall was well stabilized. There were no signs of erosion observed at the time of inspection. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
