The site sign, PPC plan, site specific plan, monthly tank maintenance log, and weekly inspection log were onsite for review. There are 5 producing Marcellus wells (081-20181, 081-20191, 081-20192, 081-20193, and 081-20198) and 1 plugged well 081-20029 located on this well pad. The well pad remains at full built for production work purposes. PCSM infiltration berms have been installed. Area surrounding the well pad is very well vegetated.
