1773132 Primary Facility 02/26/2009 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Noted that the pit had more than the two feet of lined freeboard. Found minor erosion related to runoff on either side of the well pad. The runoff was undercutting the filter fabric fence and was subsequently flowing off-site, transporting sediment into the adjacent field. Spoke with operator representative Gary Bolens regarding this matter and he stated that he will visit the site and address this matter promptly.
1773135 Primary Facility 03/03/2009 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Operator had implemented rock lined ditches to control the runoff flowing to either side of the well pad. Noted that the pit had more than the two feet of lined freeboard. In addition the operator had implemented additional measures to insure that any sediment generated is not carried out onto US Route 119. The operator should continue to monitor the site and access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until final restoration activities are completed.
