Drill pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. All erosion controls appeared to be functioning properly and no accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. At the time of the inspection the operator was pumping water up from Pucketa Creek for well stimulation activities. Operator should continue to monitor the site until all development activities are completed.
2031331 Primary Facility 01/04/2012 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Above ground tanks and pumpjack apparatus located onsite and all appeared to be in sound condition. Site had not as of yet been regraded. There was no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. The operator should temporariluy stabilize the site in accordance with 102.22(b) until final site restoration can be completed.
2069607 Primary Facility 05/21/2012 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appears to drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus, brine tank, brine tank containment, and pump jack located onsite appear to be in sound working condition. The site has recently been regraded, seed and mulch. The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site to ensure the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria is met.
