0087436847 2013-02-26 Production Wells No Violations The well is capable of producing. It is tied into 1 gas line which ties in with well #24042 back up behind the house. The wellhead is a 2 tubing which runs down around 6 inside a wooden barrel/casing. There is a disconnected production line which runs in opposite direction and a disconnected empty white plastic tank. I could not find any other tanks associated with this well. I called and left a message with Jamie Metcalf regarding the issues. Operator needs to post proper identification and needs to get production up to date. 5/3/2013: Operator is current on production, however production is being reported as zero.
0289152821 2014-05-12 Administrative Inspection No Violations Compliance Action Follow-Up -87436847: Jamie called and state her and Wayne Southall are heading to the well to cleanup acces road and well locations. She will get identifications posted and has stated they have gone missing in the past. She will try and get a hold of Kenny Wright again to see if the well can be put back in production. She will call me Thursday.

1241590373 2015-05-01 Production Wells No Violations I was at this well to do a follow-up inspection on it. The well is now capable of production. A new meter was set and a new gas chart has been placed in the meter. I met with Jamie Cameron out at the well so he could show me how everything was working. I also met with the landowner while I was at the well.
