Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0325710659 2003-12-24 Production Wells No Violations The identifiation has now been posted. Recommend case be resolved.
1070634337 2003-12-04 Production Wells Violations Noted
1127561565 2003-11-18 Production Wells Violations Noted The tank basttery consists of 2-210 bbl storage tanks, 1-1550 gallon plastic salt water tank, no separator and a dike that is shared with permit 0849.
1484078812 2017-01-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check of well # 2-0732. RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access is through a farm driveway that remains drivable. The well location is stable with well-established vegetation. Identification is not present at the wellhead. The 8.625 well head is below grade. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with an electric powered pump jack. Production fluid was observed leaking from the top of the stuffing box and collecting on the ground. No fluid was migrating off of location. The tank battery is shared with #2-0849. Production equipment is contained within an earthen dike that is stable with well-established vegetation and sufficient for containment. Equipment within the dike consists of one (1) diaphragm meter and two (2) 210 bbl production tanks. The meter remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were identified. The production tank for well # 2-0732 contained an identification sign with illegible identification. No leaks were identified on the tank body. The load line valve was closed and plugged. Well Owner Bruce Sanor guided me to the well and remained on location during the inspection. I brought the leaking stuffing box to his attention. Mr. Sanor agreed that the packing was due for replacement and stated he would work on getting a service rig scheduled. I inquired about the time necessary to complete the work and he indicated a few weeks would work. I communicated to Mr. Sanor that I would like to see the work completed by the end of February. Also, I requested that identification be posted at the well and made legible at the tank battery within a week.
1487787145 2017-02-22 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to confirm the Owner had repaired the leaking stuffing box, posted identification at the well head and made the well identification legible at the tank battery. At the time of my inspection the pumping unit was not operating to determine if the stuffing box was still leaking. Correct and legible identification was written on the power box. Correct and legible identification was present on the production tank body. I confirmed with Mr. Bruce Sanor by telephone on 2/23/2017 that the packing rubber on the stuffing box had been replaced. No further action is necessary.
