0467382279 2016-10-25 Production Wells No Violations The purpose for my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-1520. A review of RBDMS indicates the operator is current with reporting production. Lease access is through a wooded clearing that is stable with well-established vegetation. A locked steel gate with correct and legible site identification marks the entrance to the well head and tank battery. The well location is within a clearing that is stable with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification is posted on the well head. The 8.625 production casing is above grade and contains a plug in one side port and a nipple and hammer union that is open to atmosphere in the other port. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The Demco gate valve is in the closed position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Production equipment is contained within an earthen dike that is stable and sufficient for containment. Equipment within the dike consists of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator was in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Production valves were in the closed position. The meter house did not contain a current production chart. The production tank remained in good repair. No leaks were detected. The load line and drain valves were closed and contained plugs. The hatch lid was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
