The tank battery consists of 1 100 barrel tank with a knock out on top of it. A piece of white PVC is plumbed into the knockout and runs outside of the dike and is reduced to 1 in black plastic line, and from there runs over the hill. The end of that line is open. I spoke with Mrs. Rinard, who owns the well and told her that she wasnt allowed to do this. She agreed to my terms and will be making provisions to have brine hauled. We spoke via cell phone on 11/19/13 at 8:42 AM. |

Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is not yet in compliance. The brine line coming out of the knockout tank is still running downhill and into the creek bed on the lease property. Andy Thomas will contact the well owner (Susan Rinard) about the violation and notify her that brine cannot be released in this manner. |

This compliance notice stated unlawful method of storage of brine or other waste. The report on the compliance notice mentioned a line running off of the salt water knockout going to a stream. During my inspection today the salt water knock out that was previously mentioned is no longer on location. The only production equipment with this well is one 100 barrel tank. This well is back within compliance and there are no violations present. During my inspection the well is capable of production and is equipped with a pumping unit. Compliance notice -1106952617 can be written off. |
