1346161271 2012-08-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspector on site for the cementing of the conductor casing string found one of the 2 joints of 9.625 casing to of been welded together, and consisting of 4 separate pieces. Company could not provide documentation of the pipe being tested and drifted therefore Inspector rejected pipe not allowing company to use it. The drilling permit was issued after Aug the 1st therefore the casing fell under the new laws -1501:9-1-08, section D paragraph 1.
1444844248 2015-10-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Status check inspection on the plugging process- Wright Oil Field Service is on location and is attempting to get a 2.375 tubing string to bottom. A cement completion tool was set at the top of the 4.5slotted casing section at a depth of 2,275. Upon drilling out the tool the service rig was unable to get tubing past 4,146. A pump truck is being brought in and they have a 3.875 tooth bit on the workover string and will attempt to drill back to the original total depth of 4,635.
1444942891 2015-10-15 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Wrights well service moved in on 10/10/15 to commence the plugging process. On 10/13/15 the service had to drill out the packer shoe cement tool @ 2,282. 10/14/2015 the service rig company was unable to get tubing to bottom and was setting down at 4,114. 10/15/15 Tubing was ran in with a 3.875 bit on bottom and a bridge was washed through and tubing was ran to 4,616, Formation Cementing then set a bottom 500 plug and 71 tubing joints were pulled up to set a 200 plug over the top of the slotted section cement packer at 2,382 to 2,182.
1445188128 2015-10-16 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On day of inspection Wrights Well Service tagged top of cement plug at 2197. The rig then pulled all 2.375tubing out and rigged up ripping tools. They started ripping 4.5casing at 1400. This was the calculated cement top. The pulled up 50 intervals ripping and trying to get telegraph. Telegraph was achieved at 1000 and pipe jumped approximately 8. The Division of Oil and Gas inspector Patrick Shreve suggested placing two larger plugs since the rip was just above the Maxton Sand Then the rig pulled 1 joint of 42 and Formation Cementing rigged up and set cement plug from 958-658 thru the 4.5casing. They then pulled 15 joints of 4.5casing at 42 per joint and set top plug from 300-0. All plugs circulated and cement did not drop back.
