The motor, drive belts and electric were intact, The flow lines were connected at the wellhead and the valves were open. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment is shared with permit 5107. It consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one 30 barrel poly tank in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills around the tanks. |
