Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1452875913 2016-01-14 Final Restoration No Violations I received a call from Jim Cropp of Zenith Exploration requesting a final restoration inspection on this site. He alleged that the well was plugged in the 1980s and there has never been a final restoration done, so it is preventing them from clearing their bond. I got the necessary information from Mr. Cropp and I will inspect the site when the snow melts off.
2076500018 2016-01-21 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection there was still some snow on the ground, but the layer was so light that I could clearly see grass coverage. The site was graded out to the original contour of the surrounding landscape and completely covered in short grasses. I found no oil field related materials or debris and I found no production equipment. There were no signs of an access road. The site is currently in use as agricultural pasture. I found a plug report in the well files that show this well being plugged on 10/7/1980. I found no evidence that the plug job was leaking. This site passes final restoration.
