1422362217 2015-01-20 Production Wells No Violations This inspection was conducted as a status check. I met the landowners son John Foor at the well location to discuss him wanting to install a gate at the lease road entrance. Mr. Foor informed me that they are having problems with trespassers and would like to put a gate at the entrance to keep people out. I advised Mr. Foor that it is a civil matter between him and the company. The inspection revealed a well equipped with a pumping unit and motor. It was not pumping. Identification was posted at the well. The tank battery consists of (1) 210 barrel tank, separator, and chart. Identification was posted on the tank. The inspection also revealed debris (siding/shingles) have been dumped on the property between the separator and tank. No violations during inspection. Weather: 46 degrees F Sunny
