Field test revealed the chlorides are above the 350 ppm as required by the EPA requirements. I advised Mr. Hill that the pit fluids would need to be disposed of at an disposal well. 1516629562 2018-01-22 Final Restoration No Violations My inspection revealed that the well has been plugged and the well location has been restored. The well is situated in an agricultural field and therefore will not be planted in grass. The location has been graded. I observed two 210 barrel tanks on the well location. The final restoration will be complete when the tanks are removed. Time of inspection: 8:30 AM. Weather: 49*F, Cloudy
1759498273 2011-11-09 Preliminary Restoration No Violations An inspection revealed that the Preliminary Restoration meets ORC 1509.072. The well is situated on a location designated as an agricultural field. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and tank location. The well was equipped and showed signs of production. The tank battery consisted of (2) 210bbl and (1) 100bbl and mechanical separator. Identification was displayed at the tank.
1821884745 2017-12-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location today to witness the plugging operations of this well. Knox Energy has their service rig on the well to plug it. The y will be setting the bottom plug through the 2 inch casing today. A 30 sack Class A cement plug was pumped to cover the bottom zone. The rig crew then rigged up their 4 inch ripping tools to rip the 4.5 inch casing. They were able to rip the casing at 3200 feet. 100 feet of pipe was pulled to free up the casing before another cement plug was pumped from 2950-3100 feet. The rig crew will continue the plugging operations tomorrow.
