1036220932 | 2008-07-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1458443249 There has been no change in the status of this well or the tank battery since I last spoke to Mike Schreiner abouth this well two months ago. A NOV is therefore being issued for idle well. |
1075824283 | 2004-01-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | CASE 04-001 The Uniontown office received a gas odor complaint from Pam Lasko at 4968 Fairland Road (330-825-0686). The site was inspected and no gas odor was detected. The temperatures have been below zero so it is possible that a valve malfunctioned. The tank battery is used by the Sparks #1 and the PPG #1 wells. I will monitor the site for any recurrence. |
1210207136 | 2008-04-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | The last inspection of this facility was on 12/14/2006 and was prompted by a gas odor complaint which was resolved. This complaint was initiated by the new property owner, Jim Lasko (330-812-0217) who reported that he was out of house gas. I explained to him that MRM does not normally get involved in these issues but that I would inspect the well and the tank battery. This inspection found that the well is shut in and the tank battery is in poor condition with holes in the brine and stock tanks. According to Mike Schreiner, he still has not been able to reach an agreement with PPG on a gas price and should know by next week. If the contract price is not settled, Schreiner will either P&A the well or sell the well to Mr. Lasko. |
1226583656 | 2008-10-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery has been removed and according to Mike Schreiner, he is selling the well to the landowner. To date there has been no official transfer forwarded to me. The violation is therefore still open. |
1281156282 | 2008-05-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | No change in the status of this well. According to Mike Schreiner, the well will either be sold to the landowner or plugged and abandoned. |
1458443249 | 2008-07-29 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | There has been no change in the status of this well or the tank battery since I last spoke to Mike Schreiner abouth this well two months ago. A NOV is therefore being issued for idle well. |
2050152166 | 2006-12-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this well. Schreiner did report production in 2005 but the well is currectly shut in pending gas contract negotiations with PPG. According to Mike Schreiner, the well will be plugged if they cannot agree on a new contract. Before the well can be placed back in production, the stock tanks in the tank battery must be replaced. |
