1237010787 2003-01-29 pl No Violations Status check inspection. The well was fraced on 1/28 and the pits were used for flow back. The site has been graded and was in good condition. According to Rick Liddle, with Ohio Valley, the pits will be pumped and closed later in the week. Due to the amount of sand and gravel encountered during drilling, I recommended solidification as opposed to digging laterals.
