0392997051 | 2012-10-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was open flow and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 50 barrel stock tank and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. No violations at this time. |

1787005522 | 2016-03-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped as a swab well that is being produced by open flow through a 2 casing nipple. The valve was open. The 2 line ran through a vertical drip bottle and meter before connecting to the sales line. The surface casing head was exposed. One nipple was equipped with a closed valve and the other was plugged. There was a 50 barrel steel tank inside of a shallow dike with a 2 line for fluid collection when swabbing. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tank. The identification sign posted on the tank was filled out correctly and legible. |
