The valve was open. The 2 line ran through a vertical drip bottle and meter before connecting to the sales line. The surface casing head was exposed. One nipple was equipped with a closed valve and the other was plugged. There was a 50 barrel steel tank inside of a shallow dike with a 2 line for fluid collection when swabbing. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tank. The identification sign posted on the tank was filled out correctly and legible.
