The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a locked, heat, treated separator. The dike met containment requirements. Identification signs were posted at the tank. A bull plug and lock were installed on the load line. There was a domestic gas line coming off of the sales line at the separator. The lease road was stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
