0310508194 | 2017-05-24 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located behind a residential parcel on Broadview Road. The tank battery is adjacent to the driveway near the back of the house. Access to the well is via an access road that has become grown-over with several wash-outs. The wellhead pump jack sits in a down-slope depression from the battery. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage. The load-line valves were closed and plugged but missing locks. Tank lids were closed and secure. Individual enclosure gates were locked and secure. I noted that the ID signage was located on the east side of the battery and not immediately visible. I asked the owner to move the sign to make it more visible for emergency services. I inspected both the interior areas and exterior portions of the well and battery and surrounding areas and found no signs of impact or problem. |
1458136770 | 2014-07-14 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of customary and routine inspection activities. The unit is producing and production reports are current. ID placards are present and have current and accurate contact information. The wellhead and battery are located via an access road that extends east from the residential driveway. The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production aboveground storage tank (AST), 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, mechanical separator and Dominion metering run in a chain-link enclosure. Secondary containment dike is good condition. The natural surface drainage from the area of the wellhead and tank battery is to the north-northeast and I did not observe any signs of gully formation, wash-outs, or other impacts associated with the unit. Enclosure gates are locked. I did not observe any signs of leakage, spills, or other problem conditions. |
