0685556439 | 2016-02-04 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: Ingress and egress from the well area is afforded by a dedicated lease road which enters from Ridgebury coincident with the house driveway at the referenced address. A wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system is located in a board-on-board enclosure in an otherwise open area in the back areas of a newer residential development. The well enclosure was locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage. The 8.625-inch casing annulus was exposed and fitted with pressure-relief device. Areas around the wellhead consist of turf grass and other landscaping and shrubbery, which was free from signs of stress or impact. The tank battery is located 1,100 feet south of the wellhead, and accessed via Ridgebury Road. The battery is comprised of two 100-barrel, steel production tanks, two 50-barrel poly brine tanks. The battery is shared with the #2-2119 (GG Ridgebury #1). At the time of this inspection, the access gate to the battery was locked and secure. Signage was present. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Process safety gear and carbon filter system was present. Secondary containment was intact and dry. Tank lids are closed. The load-outs were plugged. Evergreen screening was present surrounding the battery and is good condition. I walked the area surrounding the battery and observed normal grassy vegetation with no signs of erosional deficits or impacts associated with the production operation. I did observe the following maintenance issue: the production tank lids were missing the closure wing-nuts. This needs replaced to effect a proper seal. The load-out valves were missing locks. I notifed the well owner about the need for the wing-nuts and locks on the load lines. |
0708596215 | 2017-11-22 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is located within a newer residential development. The associated battery is located across Ridgebury Rd, in a wooded, undeveloped tract along the freeway. The battery is shared with the #2-2119 well, located south, across Ridgebury Road with the battery. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: a wellhead plunger lift and associated battery in separate enclosures. The fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage or problems. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. The load-lines were plugged and locked. ID signage was present and current. The secondary containment was intact with no signs of leakage, spills, or problems. The well was in active production. The chart recorder was active. Production reports were current. Bonding and insurance was in place and current. I noted that there was no ID signage at the remote wellhead and I notified Brooks Yarborough. He reported that he would remedy the missing signage ASAP. |
0886252026 | 2010-08-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Pits have been closed. Lease road is stable. Identification sign is posted. |
1091154849 | 2014-05-14 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | I inspected the producing unit for Preliminary restoration requirements. The producing unit was completed in 2010. At the time of this inspection there is a wellhead with valve tree and mechanical plunger lift system in operation. The wellhead is enclosed in a board-on-board fence which is locked. The wellhead is located north of Ridgebury in a predominantly residential area. There is no defined access road. The area around the well is graded and grassy vegetation is estasblished. No remaining signs of drilling activity remain. Runoff is via man-made curbisde drainage and local infiltrattion. I did not observe signs of ponding, gully formation, or wash-outs. The well is currently producing from the 2-inch production tubing. The 8.625-inch casing is valved to surface. I did not observe any signs of leakge, spills or problems. No gas odors or meter-detected gas. The ID placard is incomplete and requires remedy. The aboveground storage tank (AST) battery is located south of Ridgebury (behind the house at 6520 Ridgebury Rd.) The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel production ASTs, 2 25-barrel poly brine tanks, and 2 horizontal separator units in a locked, chain-link enclosure. The battery is currently shared with the #2-2119 GG Ridgebury. Interior spacing of battery elements is in compliance. There is secondary containment and it appears to be in good condition. An ID placard is present on the outside of the enclosure. Process safety equipment is also present. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The interior of the battery containment has some ponded water from rain collection but is free from oil. I did not observe and signs of leakage, spills or problems. The area around the well and battery is level and has been re-graded. Vegetation is well established. Surface runoff is to the west, towards a north-south drainage culvert which lies adjacen to I-271. Drainage around the battery appear to be well managed with no signs of erosion issues or other impacts |

1436525815 | 2015-02-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead mechanical plunger lift and tank battery are in separate enclosures. The gates are secure and locked. Load-outs are plugged and locked. Process safety gear is present. ID signage is present and accurate at the battery, There is no compliant signage at the wellhead. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. At the time of this inspection, there is 12 to 14 inches of snow cover which obscures some surficial features. I contacted well tender Mark Turpac on 02/20/2015 and advised about the need for compliant signage. |

2117804204 | 2012-09-28 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The unit consists of a 4-tank battery (TB) with 2 mechanical separators located in a 6-foot chainlink fence. The unit shares the TB with the #2119 unit. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The well head is located 1,000 feet north and is fitted with a plunger lift. There is no ID at the wellhead. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The ID is visible and good at the TB. The gates are locked. The tank battery dike is adequate. No violations noted. |
