The Selle # 1 - D was drilled as a directional well with a 316 deviation to the N E. It was located in the parking lot of the Selle Generator Works. Well construction consisted of 410 of 8.625 surface casing ( cemented with 200 sacks of cement ) and 3940 of 4.5 production casing ( cemented with 300 sacks of cement ). The well was current in the reporting of oil, gas and brine production. The well was last produced from 12/9/15 to 12/23/15 and is on a schedule of two (2) weeks on every three (3) months due to market conditions. The well is operated as a plunger lift well. The well head is fenced and locked. The required signage was present and legible and posted on the well head fence. I did not identify any leaks or contamination on the well head piping and fittings. The tank battery had a concrete dike surrounding the production equipment. The production equipment was comprised of a 100 barrel oil tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a 2408 mechanical separator with an orifice meter. There was not a chart on the meter due to the shut in status of the well. The load lines were locked and plugged. The required signage was posted and legible. The tank battery was free of leaks and contamination. The Selle # 1 - D was in compliance with OAC 1501 and ORC 1509 at the time of this inspection. |
