0919607297 | 2018-05-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1901. Access to the well was through a residential driveway. The well location was stable. The 8.625 well head was plumbed above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic supply connection was present. No leaks were observed. A earthen dike that was free of production fluid was present around the production equipment. The dike was holding meteoric water. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl steel production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding fluid with free board. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
