0195236526 | 2018-04-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2253. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well was through stable and drivable. The well was contained within a locked chain link fence enclosure that contained correct identification. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with 2-2522. All equipment was within a locked chain link fence enclosure that was placed on top of a stable earthen dike. Correct identification for both wells was present on the fence. The dike was free of production fluid. Equipment within the dike consisted of two (2) horizontal separators, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed, locked and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
