The location had not been disturbed and the sump valves were in the open position. The well was shut in and no production equipment was on the location. The monitoring gauges had been installed and the pressure gauges were showing no pressure on the annulus. No environmental issue was visible at the time of the inspection. The well cellar was full of water and we advised Encino to have the cellar pumped out. The location was surrounded by a chain link fence with locked gates. The earthen dike area inside and outside of the fence, had vegetation growing on it. We witnessed Gus Jerome completing the Inactive Status check list and signing it. |

Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed that the well owner did install annular gauges on the well. I inspected the well several weeks ago and I contacted them about no gauges on the annular part of the well. They contacted me back and stated that they would install them. I inspected the well today and they installed the 13.375 inch diameter casing and the 9.625 inch diameter casing gauges above the ground level. Both of the gauges were reading zero. |
