Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2135954575 2013-05-22 Final Restoration No Violations Requested by Marlene Hall to inspect the well location. I spoke with Mr. Coogan who represents Twin Oaks Oil and Gas. He spoke with the landowner, Charles Rankin, who advised him that he witnessed the well being plugged. The company believes the well was plugged. The indicated location leads to a clearing in the woods that is vegetated with grass. There was some old steel flow line in the area and a broken power pole but no well head was found. Based on the available information, the well appears to have been plugged and the final restoration of the site is approved.
