0337602902 2014-06-17 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 06/17/2014 with Brittany Hupp. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of this issue and will get identification posted as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
0628255142 2013-08-13 Production Wells No Violations This is a puming unit well. No apparent problems at time of inspecion.
1770797814 2009-01-21 Production Wells No Violations Well is in production and equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing. 1-100 barrel tank and separator in battery. Snow, 10 degrees.
