0910359334 | 2018-01-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumpjack and the annulus and flow line valves on the well were open. Production for this well was current. The tank battery consisted of one 140 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank, and a heater treater separator, Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the separator with a meter, drip bottle and regulator. Valves on the domestic line were open. The tank battery was diked and had legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations observed. |
1347368311 | 2012-09-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | I observed the unit to consist of a tank battery (TB) and wellhead located west of RT. 700, and accessed via an ungated, lease road directly from the main road. The TB is located approximately 75 feet from the main road, and consists of one 210 barrel (BBL) production tank, one 110 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical seperator unit. The dike construction appears to be adequate. I observed the spacing between the the production tank and the brine tank to be less than 2 feet. Otheriwse, the spacing of the tanks and mechanicals within the unit looks good. There is some vegetation growth in the dike ballast area. I observed some oil staining around the tank loadout fittings, but did not observe any active leaking or detectable gas vapors. The TB is not fenced or enclosed. Identification at the TB is present and in good condition. The tanks are not fitted with spark arrestors, low-presssure-relief valves, or carbon filters. The unit appears to be actively producing. The mechanicals appear to be in a reasonable state of repair and maintenance. The wellhead is located approximately 200 feet to the southwest. The wellhead is fitted with a pumpjack system which was in operation. The wellhead is not fenced or enclosed. There is no identification at the wellhead. There was some oil staining around the wellhaed casing and some of the valving, but did not appear to be actively leaking. There were no gas vapors deteted on the handheld gas meter (Honeywell PHD6). |
1486393156 | 2012-09-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | The unit is comprised of a two-tank battery (TB) (1, 210-barrel production and 1, 100-bbl brine) and a wellhead with pump jack. The well is currently in production. The wellhead is located 200 feet west of the TB. Well and tank spacing look good. Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. The tank battery dike is in good condition. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. No violations noted. |
1525954263 | 2013-05-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The annulus valve is closed. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. |
