Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0087932207 2018-04-12 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well as a follow-up from 2-9-18. Signage has been added to the well location due to a shared tank battery with well 2-1800. The stuffing box has been cleaned up on the pumping unit. No violations observed.
0251838735 2014-10-23 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found no changes since my last inspection. No violations found.

1367513124 2013-05-02 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The annulus valve was closed. Oil was leaking from the stuffing box and was running across the location. I met with the pumper for P&S and he was in the process of cleaning up the location with absorbent mats and peat sorb. He is going to have a dike built around the wellhead to prevent any further instances. The tank battery consists of two 210 BBL production tanks, a 50 BBL brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road is being shared with permit number 2-1800.
1368618903 2013-05-15 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the soil that was saturated with oil had been removed. A dike was also constructed around the wellhead. Nothing else has changed since my last inspection.
2106770145 2018-02-09 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumpjack and the annulus and flow line valves were open. The stuffing box was coated with some parrafin and oil, and signage needs added at the well location. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of two 210 BBL production tanks, one 50 BBL steel brine tank and two mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open and the charts showed production. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the separator with a regulator, drip bottle and meter. The tank battery was diked with legible signage, and was shared with well 2-1800. The lease access was stable. I contacted Dennis Kingsbury, well tender for P&S Energy, Inc. and discussed the signage installation needed at the well and cleaning up the stuffing box.
