Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0336198958 2017-11-29 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on a larger, farm parcel. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: a wellhead plunger-lift unit and associated battery in separate chain-link enclosures. The fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage or problems. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. The load-lines were plugged and locked. ID signage was present and current. The secondary containment was intact with no signs of leakage, spills, or problems. The shared-use access road was in good condition. The well was in active production. The chart recorder was active. Production reports and insurance were current.

0697787830 2019-03-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production, at the time of this inspection. The gate valve on the tubing and the 2 inch flow line valve were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off the 4.5 inch casing with two regulators, a drip bottle and domestic meter. The valve on the domestic line was open. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery was comprised of two 100 BBL tanks, one 50 BBL tank and a vertical, mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The diked tank battery was fenced with a locked man door. Legible identification was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable.
0777561712 2010-11-15 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary restoration passed.
0955675861 2014-03-27 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected the unit which consists of a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift and aboveground storage tank battery. The wellhead and battery are in separate chain-plink enclosures which are locked. The ID placard, secondary containment, and process safety equipment are in good condition. The unit is producing with no observed problems.
1605937678 2009-11-25 Production Wells No Violations There were no violations at the time of inspection.
1678062909 2013-06-19 Production Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of the following elements: A production wellhead and storage tank battery. The production wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift system and is located 200 feet east of the tank battery. The tank battery system includes 2 100-barrel storage tanks, a 50-barrel poly tank, mechanical separator and associated appurtenances. The tank battery is enclosed in a chain link enclosure. The enclosure is locked and the secondary containment is good. Tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1501:09. No problems or violations noted. OK for preliminary restoration.
2007197900 2013-10-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 2 140-barrel steel production tanks and 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit. The wellhead and battery are both enclosed in separate chain-link fences. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment is good. There is some oil around the base of one of the production tanks. I will contact Alliance and recommend mitigation with absorbent peat material. No other problems noted.
