1766662925 2016-02-18 UrbanProduction Wells Violations Noted I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of my inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift and tank battery consisting of two100-barrel steel storage tanks, with mechanical separator. The battery and wellhead were in in separate board-on-board enclosures. Fittings and connections are free from leakage. The production tank did have a spark arrestor, a low-pressure relief valve, and carbon filter as required. Tanks lids were closed and sealed. The dedicated access road is in good condition. The enclosure gates were not locked and or secure. The load-line valves were not locked and must be secured with locks. The owner must remedy the following by 04/01/2016: secure the load-line valves and enclosure gates with locks. 1982952403 2012-10-26 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The unit consists of a 2-tank battery with mechanical separator in a 8-foot wooden fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valves and mechanicals are in good repair. The dike is adequate. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The wellhead is fitted with a mechanical lift and is enclosed in a 6-foot wooden fence. The well is producing. The lease road is in good repair. There is a locked gate at the head of the lease road
