0640903685 | 2013-01-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike with a 4 PVC pipe and threaded cap and contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank with a bull plug on the load line. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing from the tank battery, the proper identification sign, and had a 7 day production chart. The production records were up to date on our database. The lease road was in good working condition with a gate at the entrance. |
1478190261 | 2014-09-25 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location to meet with field supervisor, Larry Lower of Evervest and the landowner concerning accessing the well site to repair the lease road and dike. According to Larry, Enervest tried to repair the dike, but was run off by the landowner. The landowner stated he was upset because Enervest was not maintaining the lease road. I informed the landowner:
1. That Enervest had the right to access the well site to perform maintenance on the well and tank battery. 2. That I instructed Enervest to repair the dike and lease road. Enervest had heavy equipment on site to perform the repairs. I informed the landowner a follow-up inspection would be completed by 10/3/2014 and that future inspection would be performed. |
