A piece of white PVC is plumbed into the knockout and runs outside of the dike and is reduced to 1 in black plastic line, and from there runs over the hill and down to the creek. The end of that line is open. I spoke with Mrs. Rinard, who owns the well and told her that she wasnt allowed to do this. She agreed to my terms and will be making provisions to have brine hauled. Will give her a little more time to get legal before writing up all her wells. Claims providing gas for house across the road on her property - well is Exempt Miss but still needs to dump water more descreetly. |
