Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0188638702 2018-05-29 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed that the stuffing box leak has been fixed and oil contamination removed. 1799526290 2018-05-15 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection revealed that the well was capable of production. It was equipped with a pumping unit and gas motor. I did not observe identification at the well. It appeared that the stuffing box has been leaking recently. The stuffing box and wellhead was covered with oil and a pool of oil was observed next to the wellhead. The amount of oil was less than 5 gallons. The tank battery consists of (1) 100 barrel tank. I did not observe identification at the tank. This well produces into a shared tank battery with API permit numbers 4866 and 2441. The well owner will need to complete the following tasks within the specified time frames in order to bring well into compliance: 1) Remove oil contamination at the well within 5 days. 2) Post identification at the well and tank battery within 10 days. I contacted Gary Nethers who told me that the well is owned by his mother. He said he would let his brother Tom know what needs done. Time of inspection: 1:20 PM. Weather: 83 degrees F, Sunny
