2714868	Primary Facility	2018-03-27	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On Tuesday, March 27, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Andrews No. 5 vertical oil well site located in Morris Township, Greene County. The access road and the pad area were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation. The earthen berm secondary containment structure around the production tanks was vegetated and appeared to be in good condition. The production tanks appeared to be in good condition. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed with impermeable materials. A release of fluid into the earthen berm structure can result in a violation being issued to the operator. The well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection.
