2514561 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 06/16/16 at approximately 1100 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Mohr A & B well sites. The site was well vegetated and contained no signs of erosion. The wells appeared to be in good condition.
The purpose of the visit was to inspect two impoundments that were previously discovered to have leaked, causing environmental harm and impacting at least one water supply. The two impoundments were still open at the time of inspection and had not been reclaimed (see photographs). |
