The event involved a rain puddle with a rainbow sheen on it, possible from heavy equipment parked there. CONSOL responded by excavating the dirt around the site and rechecking it.

The gas well, FHS (059-25971), and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. Each well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection.
