The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present in the mail box. The spill had been cleaned up at the time of inspection and Chevron had collected confirmatory samples.

On 03/16/16 at approximately 0835 hours I conducted a CEI in response to a spill that occurred on 11/15/15. The site had been cleaned up and confirmatory samples had been taken. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.

2545919 Primary Facility 2016-11-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 11/29/16 at approximately 1300 hours I conducted a site restoration inspection of the Donley Unit in response to an NOT submittal by Chevron. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site exhibited vegetative cover in excess of 70%. The site met the requirements for permit termination. The NOT is approved.
2597979 Primary Facility 2017-05-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection of the site was conducted in response to Chevron submitting a site restoration report to the Department. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site had been restored and an NOT had been approved and notification of the NOT approval provided to Chevron.
