2672618 Primary Facility 2017-12-11 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion observed.

A meeting was requested by EQT to discuss adding a berm to the well pad. The intention of the berm is to prevent potential spills from leaving the well pad during drilling. Due to the impact the berm would have on stormwater control, this WQS advised EQT to contact Department environmental engineering staff.
