The engine, drive belts and fuel line were intact. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead. The tubing valve was open to the flow line. The casing valve was open to the engine fuel line. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel steel tank and one vertical separator. The production equipment was not diked.. Correct, legible identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills around the tank battery. There was one 100 barrel steel tank set downhill from the tank battery. There was some old staining in the soil around the tank, but there was no fresh or standing fluid present. The tank looks as though it had run over at some time in the past.
