0724293052 2016-07-18 Production Wells No Violations At the time of my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery has two storage tanks and two separators. There is a dike around the tank battery. Identification signs are posted at the tank battery and well. The load lines are secure with plugs and locks. The production equipment is in good repair with minor rust pitting on the storage tanks. Locked chain link fences surround the tank battery and well. The access road is in good repair. Well shares the tank battery with permit number 2-3656.

The equipment on the site consists of the following:


1712774147 2014-01-09 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of two, 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank, and two separators. The dike met containment requirements. There were locks and plugs on the load lines. Locked chain link fences surrounded the well and production equipment. Proper identifications sign were posted at the well and production tank. The tank battery and lease road was shared with permit number 2-3654.
