Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0563581819 2016-05-12 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 4 1/2 X 2 3/8 inch wellhead with 2 3/8 tubing and rods operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The tank battery is made up of one 210 bbl. tank, a 50 bbl. plastic brine tank, a vertical separator, a recording gauges, all in an earthen dike. The dike is not capable to contain a large amount of fluid, if a release would occur. The tank is properly identified, the production reporting is up to date, and there are no violations at this time.
1316771407 2018-09-19 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit ran with an electric motor. The pumping unit was running at the time of the inspection. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, a plastic 50 barrel tank, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
