They agreed to fix erosional problems on road running into well but refused to plant more grass seed on flat area between well and lease road. Location is still very rough, ground would be very rough to mow with a tractor and due to new housing development going in next door, inspector felt location should look better. They have removed the heater that was being stored on location but gave numerous excuses as to why they couldnt fix road better. Will continue to monitor but cannot pass at this time. |
