Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1378320489 2013-08-22 Final Restoration No Violations There was no indication of the well, tank battery, or lease road. The vegetations was restored. There was a large mound of dirt over the supposed location of the well. I spoke with the landowner who mentioned they had no notification of a well on the property but they did some grading to the property and installed drainage tiles. The well was plugged in 1996, there is no way to determine if the mound of dirt is associated with the oil and gas activity or the construction activity. Final restoration passes.
