0746779483 | 2013-07-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is open into a pop off valve. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. |
1294082720 | 2011-01-03 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Well is a rabbit well. 6 psi on the annulus, annulus has a 25psi gauge and a pop-off on it. Tank battery has one 210Bbl tank, a 50Bbl tank and a mechanical separator. 210 has a dent at the bottom of the tank, oil is weeping along the wield that is dented. Dike is built up, south west corner appears to be built with a French drain. Water settles at that end and on the opposite side of the dike there is a trench. Tank battery and well site has been graded and seeded. Vegetation is established. Lease road is stable. Identification sign is posted. |

1720281279 | 2016-07-07 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | I conducted an exempt domestic transfer inspection on this well. The wellhead was equipped with a plunger lift unit that had the plunger removed. There was a two inch line off of the 4.5 inch casing and then plumbed into a one inch line, with two regulators and a meter. The sales line to the well has been disconnected. The well is being used for domestic use only and is approximately 3045 feet from any dwelling. The production equipment has been removed from the site. The well needs to be identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. I spoke with the landowner about installing an identification sign at the wellhead. The wellsite was stable. The access was stable. |
