0240976845 | 2012-10-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found that the lease road was well maintained with a locked gate. The well pad was fenced and contained three wells with assembled christmas tree wellheads onsite. The wells were surrounded by steel fencing and cement barriers. The well pad also consisted of a six 400 barrel tank battery with a steel dike in place with separators and production equipment. A crew was onsite painting the tank battery during the inspection. Also onsite is a lined and fenced freshwater impoundment pond. There are no violations at this time. |

1407805207 | 2014-07-29 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Wellhead has a large texas style wellhead, 6-400 bbl tanks in containment, and 3 separators. Signs need switched between 6H and 3H wells. Site passes preliminary restoration. |

1754666773 | 2018-03-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain three properly labeled wells. Wells are in production and equipped with plunger lift systems. Surface and intermediate annular pressure reads 0 psi. Production equipment includes three sand seperators, three GPUs, and two 400 barrel steel tanks, in their own steel containment. |
