0319518186 | 2013-01-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I inspected this drilling location on 1/3/2013. Nomac Drilling Rig #70 had reached a total depth of 14,568 MD ( 8236 TVD ) at 0830 on 1/3/2013. Maximum inclination obtained is 86.6 degrees with an azimuth of 148 degrees. I did not indentify any violations during this inspection. |
1404015875 | 2015-11-09 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
