0160018617 | 2018-09-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | No equipment changes have been made to the pad since my last inspection. The surface-intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi, and the intermediate/production annular gauge displayed 4 psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad, and no violations were observed at this time. |
1121004798 | 2018-11-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi, and the intermediate/production annular gauge displayed four psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the production pad and no violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
1258092022 | 2018-04-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of the pad. The pad is equipped with eight producing wells, and partially drilled wells with conductor casing (# 22624 & 22623). The surf/int pressure gauge displayed a reading 0 psi, and the int/prod displayed 4 psi. The tank battery consisted of six -400 bbl production tanks. Other equipment on the pad consisted of the following.
The access road was stable. No violations were observed at the time of inspection |
1279107608 | 2016-03-10 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations
There are concrete jersey barriers protecting the wellhead and production equipment from vehicles. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. The soil stockpile is well stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. Preliminary restoration is complet | |
1316433475 | 2014-12-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I performed a status check on the above location. Nomac Rig 77 is drilled at a depth of 1908.10 and starting to run the 9.625 intermediate casing. All permits and conditions are posted. No noted violations at this time. |
1448386353 | 2015-11-16 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. The well was in production at the time of this inspection, and the status needs changed in RBDMS from DR to PR. Preliminary restoration passed. |
