At time of inspection well is plugged. Erected monument present with permit number permanently affixed. Access road and site snow covered therefore inspection of temporary site stabilization not possible at this time. Inspection is PENDING further investigation. UPDATE: 2-17-16:Operator contacted Department by phone on 2-17-16 to state that a subsidiary of Rosebud Mining requested that the access road not be removed. Department requests that Operator submit a letter stating such be submitted to Department. As per current regulations Operator shall permanently stabilize site within 9 months of plugging. |
